About me

I am an international Enneagram Coach in London. Since my teenage years, I have been fascinated by personal growth and human behaviour. I just never thought this could be a career. So I became a lawyer, working in private practice and financial services in the City of London for 23 years.

A serious health crisis with an autoimmune disease woke me up in my forties and helped me reconnect to my true values and deep passions for personal growth. I retrained as a life coach and started coaching executives, professionals and business owners to create and thrive in lives they truly love.

In 2018, I became a certified Enneagram coach and practitioner with Integrative Enneagram Solutions and in 2024 with CP Enneagram. I was trained in the narrative tradition in person by Enneagram thought leaders Beatrice Chestnut, Uranio Paes and Dirk Cloete.

I am also the author of the career coaching book Falling in Love with Your Job – How to create more excitement and fulfilment in your career.

What I do as an Enneagram Coach

Most of my clients are in established careers, but at a point where they are ready to up their game. They want to create deeper fulfilment and greater success, whether that’s in their personal or professional life. I provide generic life, executive and career coaching services via a different brand, but this website is dedicated to the much deeper work I do as an Enneagram Coach. If you embark with me on an Enneagram Growth Journey, I will help you understand how to function and what drives how you act, feel and think. We will then use this knowledge to find new solutions for your life goals and challenges.

I work with clients world-wide via video call and in person in London.

My Enneagram coaching approach

My offering is based on an understanding that Enneagram testing is just the very first step on an exciting journey of personal and professional growth.

As an Enneagram coach, my first job is to help you identify your dominant Enneagram type. But that’s just where we start. I will then invite you to join me on an Enneagram Growth Journey. We will create a bespoke plan for you that will help you apply the information from your Ennegran report to your life. This plan will contain suggestions for your most relevant growth opportunities. Our journey will empower you to move beyond the limitations of your ego-personality patterns to increase your wellbeing and create a deeper life experience.

My integrated style combines traditional coaching processes with a wide range of tools from various other disciplines, including the Enneagram, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

I have made Enneagram coaching the core of my work since it is the most powerful growth model I have come across in my 30 years of learning about personal development.
